Megan is organized, efficient and personable. She learns quickly and doesn't need to be micromanaged. She creates new projects for herself if she isn't given something directly. She was a pleasure to work with!

After working with Megan for four years at the Media Resources Center in the Undergraduate Library at UNC I feel confident in her abilities as a competent and respectful coworker. For the three years we worked as student assistants together she was extremely helpful and pleasant to be around. She was always willing to do more than her fair share and was great at interacting with patrons and taking on special projects for our supervisors. In the six months I worked as her supervisor at the MRC, Megan continued to show an impressive work ethic and an ever increasing amount of responsibility. In the absence of one of my fellow supervisors, Megan took over the often difficult and time consuming tasks of a full time employee while still taking a full load of classes. She was a quick learner and helped to ease the large amount of work that was falling onto the shoulders of the other employees. In addition, she is extremely friendly and fun to be around and never failed to make the MRC a more exciting place. The supervisors and other student assistants enjoyed her presence and admired her work and I am grateful that she was part of our work force for many years. I wish all student assistants could work to such standards.
