I worked with Julia on many occasions over a two-year period. Julia consistently showed an inherent ability to make the right calls in any situation. A very personable individual who will go to great lengths to ensure that a problem is analysed and addressed at the earliest opportunity. Julia thinks very logically, breaking down any problem into discrete parts, which allows a resolution to be found in the most efficient manner possible. A great communicator, Julia shows a naturally warm character that means she’s very good at building close, trusting relationships with colleagues at any level, and can seamlessly collaborate with teams that span multiple disciplines. During my time with her she made a number of first-class presentations that expedited the teams learning and, ultimately, increased productivity by sharing her knowledge and experience. One of Julia’s many strengths is in articulating clear, pertinent information in a concise and unambiguous way. Julia also learns new skills quickly and can absorb information in an efficient manner. A very adaptable character who shows very high levels of professionalism, communication, productivity and creativeness. A pleasure to work with and, undoubtedly, an asset to any team.
