John was great to work with at CIBA Vision. At that time, he was the Lead Maintenance / Supervisor and I was a Process Engineer with the start-up of a contact lens production line, so we worked closely together on the same project. We could alway depend on John to get the job done. He maintained a positive, can-do, will-do additude that got us through some stressful production start-up times. Reliable and straight-talking, he was often the first person to recognize when something was not right and to initiate action. He was especially helpful when changes to the control system (process automation PLC/HMI hardware and software) were needed. He worked well in directing vendors as well. I would welcome the chance to work with John again.

John was a great resource to have in the department. He had expansive technical knowledge of the electrical control systems in the plant and of the computer and database systems directly and indirectly associated with production. He was also very knowledgable with the rules and regulations associated with medical device manufacturing. John could be counted on to work independently to get things done and would ask questions when necessary. John picked up new subjects quickly and could prove to be an asset to any company.
