During my first year, I worked as part of a select team that helped launch a new brand and identity for the station. I also executive produced two celebratory parades honoring our Tampa Bay Lightning and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. In February 2021, I produced and boothed a live, special post-game show airing immediately after Super Bowl LV, in place of network programming, to celebrate our victorious Bucs.I moved into management just as COVID-19 cases began rising in our country. For the most part, I was the only content manager physically working in the station for three months. I've learned to manage various WFH scenarios and enforce safety protocols all while ensuring our team provides quality content on all platforms. Show less
