I had the absolute pleasure of working with Megan for 5 months on a project for the Department of Education and Training. Megan's experience and wisdom in the field of business analysis and user research combined with her ability to communicate with, digest and interpret business and stakeholder wants and needs, made working with her a dream. Megan and I worked extremely closely for the entirety of the project, sharing existing understanding, challenging one another's perceptions and assumptions, asking hard questions, championing an agile way of working, developing service design artefacts, and being extremely exploratory when working on new designs. We ran more then 50 user interview sessions in the 5 months we worked together, really developing a solid approach and execution of the entire human centred design process. Our conversations were robust, intriguing and entertaining, always featuring a good laugh in there somewhere. I learnt a lot from working with Megan, her experience and maturity really supported me through a lot of the challenges the project faced. I could not recommend her more highly for anyone needing an experienced business analyst or user researcher on your team.
