Bio
Robert McPhedran
I had the pleasure of working with Hannah at Ipsos Public Affairs in Sydney, from 2011-2017. During that time, Hannah and I collaborated on numerous mixed-methods projects, evaluations and tenders. In every case, her aptitude in quantitative/qualitative methods, business development and people management were evident. Hannah was also foundational in growing the business' Environmental portfolio, working with colleagues to expand Ipsos' strategy, offer and experience in this important area. On a personal note, Hannah is a joy to work with. I had several managers while at Ipsos, and Hannah was certainly the pick of the bunch. She was always optimistic, supportive and able to provide constructive feedback - this really helped expedite my growth as a researcher.
Stuart Clark
Hannah is a highly-skilled qualitative and quantitative researcher. She has the contextual knowledge and pragmatic approach required to take complex briefs and develop research that produces valuable insights and quality project outcomes. Hannah is an effective project leader and builds strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Hannah during her eight years at Ipsos.

I delivered social research studies for UK Government clients, as part of the Transport Planning business line. A key achievement was my role as Project Manager of the Highways Agency’s Area Road User Satisfaction Survey (2007-2010), a large-scale continuous survey of over 10,000 interviews per year. Managed a team of researchers, fieldwork, questionnaire design, data cleaning and analysis, and monthly reporting and presentation of findings to the client. Other research I conducted includes evaluations, hard-to-reach audiences, travel diaries, and public consultations; for clients such as the Department for Transport, Planning Inspectorate, Police forces, and various local authorities and other public sector bodies.I completed Market Research Society training in Moderating Skills and Questionnaire Design, and became a Full Member of the Market Research Society in 2009.
