I have known Sarah for many years now. We shared lab/office space during our grad school at Midwestern State University and also while working together at Noble Research Institute. During this time, I clearly remember Sarah was the most dedicated student and employee in the team and went beyond what was expected as our deliverable. Her research skills combined with her brilliant time management always received praises from upper management. Her vibrant energy is very reflective and she inspires everyone in the team to achieve the tasks. Her data analysis skills are remarkable, as she is always honest with science and results. She has always been a great team player and she knows how to lead a team because of her excellent interpersonal skills. Apart from work, Sarah comes to me as someone who always wants to learn more. I have never seen someone reading as many books as Sarah reads every year. I strongly recommend Sarah for any position that she desire to apply as she has incredible ability to self-teach, learn new technologies/skills, deliver what is required and becomes valuable member of any team.

Sarah's ability to design experiments, analyze data, and use lab techniques make her an excellent co-worker. I thoroughly enjoyed sharing a lab with her because she knows her stuff and is a pleasure to work with.
