My experience working with Kathryn Klos reminds me of a quote that I had heard from Calvin Coolidge. Naturally, I had to google the quote to remember it in its entirety. Upon finding it and re-reading it, its truer than I had thought. "Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not: nothing is more common than unsuccessful men with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not: the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent." Calvin Coolidge More often than asking "Why Not?", Kathryn is known to ask "Then how?" She is constantly searching for new angles to approach success. Her territory in our organization was known to be challenging. Kathryn rose to the occasion and produced results. Something that stands out,and that I love about Kathryn, is that she constantly finds interesting and relevant content to share with me and our team. I know when I see her coming that she has something interesting to say. Kathryn is passionate, and innovative, and will raise the bar for any team that is lucky enough to have her.
