Trabajé junto a Mireia durante los dos últimos años, tiempo en que ella ejerció la coordinación del centro que dirijo. En estos dos años, codo a codo, hemos creado y lanzado el CNEC, y he podido comprobar que Mireia es una persona entusiasta, proactiva, trabajadora y con alta motivación. El centro que creamos, entre otros logros, ha emitido más de 430 certificados a miembros de las Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad del Estado, atestando su conocimiento y pericia en temas informáticos forenses. Además, Mireia ha coordinado el dictado de 15 cursos avanzados en temas ciberseguridad y el desarrollo de 3 proyectos de I+D. Más importante aún, ella ha ejercido un papel fundamental en la inserción de nuestro centro en la Red de Centros de Excelencia Europeos. Aquí su capacidad de iniciativa, rendimiento laboral y excelente trato con la gente ha permitido no sólo que nuestro centro esté perfectamente integrado en la red, sino que esté muy bien considerado entre los pares. Esta consideración de excelencia se ha hecho extensiva al Consejo de Europa, también gracias a su buen hacer. Finalmente, en estos dos años he podido comprobar que Mireia destaca en la creación de un clima laboral bueno y productivo, dando especial relevancia al trabajo en equipo y con buenas habilidades comunicativas. Cuando tiene gente a su cargo delega adecuadamente, tratando de animar y guiar a estas personas, ayudándoles así a ser mejores profesionales. Estos aspectos, sin duda me han ayudado a crear un ambiente de confianza y una buena relación, tanto con empleados y usuarios, creando una mejor comunicación para beneficio del centro.
