I work as a product owner and project manager. We are developing an internal product for business (MTS cloud provider). I manage a development team: 4 backend developers, 2 frontend developers, 1 designer, 1 autoQA. - Ensuring the work of the Scrum team: two-week sprints, continuous delivery of product increments and other rituals. I was able to provide a transparent product backlog (work in YouTrack, then in Jira). - Product development management (internal product for obtaining information about customers and cloud services connected to them). The product has passed the stages from MVP to a productive system in 6 months, now the DAU has 200 users. Product team: 9 people. - Building a constructive dialogue with stakeholders (10 people) and users. I conduct regular rituals of product backlog refinement and demo. - Conducting regular user interviews (CustDev) before starting the development of new functionality. - Ensuring high productivity of the team: organized team coaching sessions, developer training, one-to-one meetings, selection and adaptation of new developers.
