Aaron isn't your typical book-smart individual even though he would fit the profile. As his Senior, I have assigned him multiple programming projects and Aaron has always impressed me with his ability to choose the most efficient toolset/library for the job. His ability to see the shortest line between two points extends beyond his choice of tools, Aaron is also an unconventional worker often favoring picking up the phone to get an immediate answer instead of relying on email which would take a few days. During his time with the company, Aaron was assigned tasks that were exploratory in nature. Despite getting little support, he never felt demotivated and always delivered beyond my expectations. Aaron would be a valuable addition to any team and especially those that are starting their project from the ground up.
