I have had the privilege to be able to work with Alif when he was serving as a Project Analyst under 180 Degrees Consulting Singapore (Kent Ridge). We were impressed with the professionalism that he and his team brought. Together, they sought to understand the problem statement we sponsored for the consultancy project for SHINE Children & Youth Services and they took initiative to also research and proactively reached out to interview subject matter experts. At the consultancy mid-point and end-point presentations, we were encouraged at the great amount of effort put into analyzing the project scope systematically and also in preparing the presentation. When feedback was given, Alif and his team are also open to it and would carefully consider our inputs in the future iterations of the ideation.
