I had the pleasure of working closely with Noel when starting my career at S&P. Noel has a gift and skill of being an exceptional communicator, which is essential in his roles as project manager/business systems analyst and as agile coach/release train engineer. Noel takes the time to understand the needs and requirements of business stakeholders, and is always focused on making sure his team has what they need to complete their work successfully. He is a great motivator, detail oriented, compassionate, and always willing to help others. We certainly went through some challenging times together in the beginning of our careers at S&P when we were leading a large and complex project release together, and Noel was my rock through it all.
