Reporting to the marketing manager of White Spirits for Australia. - Ownership of the Ruski ready to drink (RTD) P&L for Australia. Exceeded performance targets by 20% and outgrew the category by +4%. - Relaunched the brand through a complete architecture redesign covering packaging design, Liquid development, COGS reduction, Pricing strategy, Supply chain solutions & customer engagement. As a result we improved profit margins by 15% and exceeded customer sell-in forecasts by 25%. - Led the launch of two new Innovations; Smirnoff Honey and Smirnoff Coconut in Australia. It was the most successful flavored vodka launch of 2013; Delivering 3000 incremental cases to the P&L and grew 3x faster than the closest competitor flavored vodka.- Led the Smirnoff experiential strategy to become the biggest recruiter in Total Beverage Alcohol category (TBA) in Australia; Sampling over 1.3mm target consumers over the summer music festival season. -National Events & Sponsorship strategy for Smirnoff Australia.-Developed strong relationships with key agency contacts and Global marketing teams to ensure the Smirnoff marketing plan is executed brilliantly.

During this time we saw customer acquisition grow from 30,000 sign-ups to over 400,000 online sign-ups.
