Customer knowledge is an important asset for any company that know how to use it. In todays environment you have to learn to know your customer beyond transactional data and get more enriched information. The enriched information came from Jessica. She is easy to work with, has a keen eye to detail and she has the ability to look beyond the current research and early plan a follow up based on answers in the first survey. What she did was to build a bridge between research and marketing, making a customer survey much more powerful. It became a pure marketing tool that could be used to archeive marketing KPIs. Bridging the gap between being a researcher and use it directly in marketing is a unique skillm which is much appreciated at CIDC.

Jessica was a fantastic researcher who applied critical thinking to work through any issues that inevitably arise in Market Research. I always knew I could count on her to run a study successfully, with minimal to no oversight. Clients loved her dedication and work ethic, she never dissapointed.
