  Manage the year round sports program for people with intellectual disabilities. Responsibilities include: Enforcing compliance policies,critical thinking for raising needed funds, staging regional tournaments, ongoing recruitment of young athletes, campaigning to end the derogatory use of the word retard on high school campuses. Initiating End the "R-Word" campaigns on campuses by recruiting students to lead the campaign effort. Develop annual sports operational budget. Ongoing communication with coaches of 10 sports ensuring quality practices.
