When Quynh conducted usability testing for one of my pre-launch companies, Quynh was very quickly able to identified several areas that could changed to improve usability and user adoption. Our team found the feedback extremely helpful and incorporated several of the suggestions before the official launch - I'm sure saving many calls into the support team and improving our overall results.

Quynh-Mai Nguyen and I worked together on marketing and social media for the Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival (PAAFF) for three years. During that time Quynh developed design concepts and cover art for each of our film festival catalogues. Her designs were unique, eye-catching, and artfully reflected each festival's theme: 10th anniversary, music, and the passage of time. Quynh also served as leader for the marketing team and implemented time-saving strategies such as a social media calendar for the festival season and a hashtag campaign to boost PAAFF's visibility. A dedicated designer and team member, Quynh was elevated to a Board Member due to her willingness to go the extra mile and take on tasks that were beyond the parameters of marketing and design, such as assisting with volunteer organization and fundraising.
