Many hats for critical Operations functions, including but not limited to: - Represent Info-Pro as a vendor/partner at annual tax collectors' and treasurers' conferences (approximately 4-5 per year, mostly Northeastern states but have experience in the Midwest and Pacific Northwest as well), networking with government tax agencies and other vendors alike to provide optimal service to our lenders. - Support Sales team on prospect discovery and solution presentation calls as Operations "expert" with vast knowledge of both internal timelines and processes as well as state-specific real estate tax nuances. - Analyze prospective customers' mortgage loan portfolios in order to determine recommended pricing and service level (this often includes coordinating with government tax agencies to ensure smoothest transition for lenders). - Analyze current customers' mortgage loan portfolios regularly to ensure optimal tax payment processing methods for both our customers and government tax agencies alike. - Function as primary point person for internal customers whenever a complex search nuance arises (this requires additional research as well as frequent phone calls or meetings with government tax agency heads when relations were rocky between Info-Pro and said agencies).
