I have had the pleasure of working with Shubham for a couple of years while he was the customer success engineer for my product. Shubham is one of the most approachable and proactive customer success engineers that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is professional in his approach and very detail oriented; not to mention that he understands the importance of timely responses. As a result of our successful work relationship, as tends to happen, we have gone on to become personal friends.
