Blake is an extremely bright man with an infectious ambitious tenacity. I have had the opportunity to work with Blake on several occasions when he was with Cintas and I was in hotel management. I really miss working with him (folks like him). Blake always listened when I had an issue. He didn’t hear me, he listened to me. Twice, I presented a problem to him, without any recommended solutions. With 24 hours, he presented multiple options to solve my issues and even went as far as to run trials for me at no cost just to prove his theory! He actually fought with his leadership to do it and it was a huge success for me. Super impressed by his initiative and creativity. I believe every organization needs more personnel showing this kind of drive, understanding , awareness, and overall tenacity to fight for your customers needs. If I was in a position to bring him in on projects or hiring, I would in a heartbeat. Maybe his ambition will run off on my other project leads and we’d get things done!

I learned a lot of great values while being in the military but the best thing I took away from this experience was how to adapt and overcome.
