When I'm in conversation with some of my agency and consultant friends, I often make the remark that I need about 3 more clients just like Incept. I mean that. Under the amazing leadership of Sam Falletta, Incept is one of the very best organizations I've ever had the privilege of working with. Sam had a vision of creating a special organization - one where employees were connected to both each other and Incept's brand values. He is and was focused on building an environment where communication, ideas and knowledge could flow in all directions. in 2009, I was brought to him develop and implement the social media portion of his vision. Over a year later, I can honestly say that Incept is an organization that executes faster and more effectively than any other client I've worked with to date.
