I've managed a lot of folks trying to get into the video game biz who simply say they have a passion for video games, but what separates Robert from the rest is that he is willing to go the extra mile and not just put in the token effort a lot of students in gaming do. If you're a small studio looking to fill both a game designer and a game developer role, this is the guy you want.
