Ik kwam bij Schiphol als stagiair en bleef daarna als medewerker. Annick was vanaf dag één prettig als leidinggevende. Beginnen bij een grote organisatie kan erg complex zijn, maar dankzij Annick wist ik al snel mijn weg te vinden. Inhoudelijk is ze sterk, ondernemend en meedenkend. Daarnaast was er altijd voldoende ruimte voor vragen of het bespreken van persoonlijke ontwikkelingen. Annick is een vooruitstrevende manager die het beste in mensen naar boven brengt.
