As a Product Manager at Heilind, Tim kept an extremely structured work environment, where the large requests would go to him. As he grew confident in my work, Tim would send some things to me to do, always answering my questions and teaching me how he would handle. He treated me as an equal instead of as an assistant. If I would do something wrong, Tim was up front and honest with me, instead of beating around the bush. Tim continued to be focused on the tasks at hand, and when something new or difficult came to him, he was always showing me how he would handle situations, so I can learn from him. Anyone would be lucky to have Tim on their team because he is hard working, result-oriented and always willing to dip his toe into something new. He excels greatly under pressure and always succeeds, and can turn any negative into a positive. I cannot recommend Tim enough.
