As a member of the CASI Pharmacy Team, I helped develop the cutting edge of mail-order pharmaceutical technology employing robots and automation to visually pick pills, precisely label product, and accurately bag drugs with literature for shipping. I managed or supported both domestic and international projects ranging from a few hundred Rx per day throughput to greater than 20,000 costing from $1m to $50m.  Lead customer meetings to maintain customer knowledge and establish expectations.  Buffer project team from customer and management.  Present project plans and preside over internal / customer executive meetings.  Know the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and use to steer contract strategy.  Draft and present contracts, modifications, and legal requests for equitable adjustment.  Negotiate high-stakes contract modifications to mitigate risk and protect company assets.  Field all customer questions, ensure accurate answers, and follow through with team.  Report project milestone and deliverable status to customer, management, and team.  Review future contracts from Sales / Applications for unreasonable requirements.  Maintain positive attitude and lead by example to maintain team morale.  Lead engineering team and focus on staying practical while solving complex problems.  Coordinate and provide change order cost and delivery estimates.  Coordinate resourcing efforts with other project managers and functional group leaders.  Analyze data for presentations, estimates, and system simulation.  Draft test procedures and lead customer approval tests.
