Renier's expertise in Performance testing and performance test automation is world class and I am honored to have worked with him. His benchmarking skills are superb. Renier is such an engineer who takes on any complex project with so much ease, disect it and find optimal solutions. Over the years, many of my projects/groups have greatly benefited from Renier's services. Renier's dont-give-up and go-get attitude makes him an extremely valuable addition to any organization/company. Renier is a one off. Over the years I've had the honor of managing a superb team, Renier was a core member. Technically superb, amazingly hard working, helpful to everyone, a great mentor to junior team members and so fun to have around. 9 years which went so fast, half with him working remotely from RSA. If the saying "A manager is only as successful as the staff he manages" has any truth then the number of compliments Renier got from customers, global technical experts and teammates then Renier has made me very, very successful. He has grown and matured into a superb engineer that can deal with anything put in front of him, you simply need to tell him the outcome you want. I hope I get the chance to work him again.
