Lisette Miranda
I had the please of partnering with Almirca and Hispanic Federation on Unfinished Business, a giveback initiative launched by Hennessy U.S. in response to COVID-19, providing financial and human capital to support Black, Asian and Latinx small business owners nationwide. It was a tremendous efforts with three spectacular charity partners: One Hundred Black Men, Hispanic Federation, and Asian American Business Development Center. It has been an incredible journey to work with her from the inception of Unfinished Business and throughout. Collaborating with three partners, developing criteria, setting up application process, vetting and processing submissions. It’s required continuous and thorough communication and patience. Almirca is professional, and an expert in grant processing and program management. An asset to any team and I look forward to working together again in future professional endeavors.

Almirca is one of my favorite people. She is engaged and committed, always doing more than required and making you laugh along the way! I worked with her on 4 major campaigns with over a dozen different groups, and she always stood out as an expert field director, a knowledgeable professional, and as a representative of her whole community. She is fun, hard-working, and a good communicator, and I would recommend Almirca as a go-to person for any project, program, or campaign.
