I am responsible for psd's activities in the Property & Construction and Banking & Financial Services sectors. I spend a significant proportion of my time conducting senior level finance, operational management and board level recruitment into commercial & mixed use development, property fund & investment management, private equity, later living, affordable housing, PRS/Build-to-Rent/Co-Living, student accommodation and real estate banking. I personally handle several of the major clients relationships that PSD has across the Property & Construction and Banking & Financial Services sectors.During my career at psd I have run many parts of the business. I was responsible for setting up businesses in Property & Construction, Finance Contracting, Compliance & Risk and Procurement & Supply Chain. I helped launch other businesses in Marketing & Sales and Customer Contact. 21st century highlights include sitting on the Main Plc Board 2001-2005, being responsible for Asia-Pacific 2001-2005, setting up PSD's sector approach from 2001 onwards, trebling the size of PSD's Banking & Financial Services business between 2001-2007 as well as managing the Group's activities in Paris 2008-10. I have been responsible for psd's Manchester office from 1989 to end 2022.For the past fifteen years or more, my focus has migrated to running a smaller number of teams and focusing much more on tactical business development and high level fee recruitment in the Property & Construction and Banking & Financial Services sectors for psd.
