Initially I was employed in Peltech as the person in charge of research and development projects. Peltech was a small company in its start-up phase, fairly low-structured with only few employees. My tasks and responsibilities have been growing-up over time, not only in the main areas of R&D, designing and industrialization, but with my participation in the launching of several new company functions, introduced with increasing activities. Today I am the Chief Technical Officer and in close collaboration with the General Management I define the GEOtronic® product platform development – a range of new solid state heat pumps, modular and flexible, based on Peltier effect and suitable for a wide range of industrial and consumer applications – as well as its production and quality processes and methods.I’ve constantly been involved in the Strategic Marketing of the Company and, lately, also in the scouting of new application fields and new joint developments with industrial partners/customers.

The goal was the design of optimized heat-exchange systems for thermoelectric devices, via implementation of numerical methods for thermo-fluid- dynamics as well as experimental test.
