Responsible for the whole HR and recruitment function supporting business objectives of the unit. Acting as a trusted advisor for managers and functional leaders, as a first point of contact for employees. Partnering with functional leaders on approach to people related decisions, such as relocation, promotions, counteroffers, etc. Working through recruitment, administration, legal arranges internationally; including setting up new legal entities, offices search in new locations, etc. Setting standards, elaborating guidelines and policies. Administering performance review cycle and salary review process. Planning personnel and HR budget. Executed payroll function, collaborated with shared service center and external payroll vendors, authorized all payroll payments for RU and out-of-Russia locations in the scope.
