In my 10+ years in design, I have never seen anyone who likes documentation and project management more than Mateusz. However, this does not describe him in full as his main expertise is in tackling difficult problems on the border between mechanics, materials and production. Even now I do not think I did justice to his expertise as beyond general engineering prowess his true love is medical design in which he excels and I had the pleasure to watch and learn from him over the last 3 years across different projects and collaborations. Did I mention that he is funny and a great colleague as well?

Mateusz is a true leader and he has mastered this skill to be an honest, great friend at the same time. We have worked across teams in Andiamo where he held a position of R&D Team Manager and it’s always been a pleasure to watch him lead his team and treat his colleagues with respect and appreciation. Keeping records of medical equipment such as CT, ultrasonography, angiography and for any other device which exploitation documents were needed. Because of changing the Act on Medical Devices I needed to modernize the registration system (e-passport implementation). I also contacted with services (Siemens, Drager, GE, Philips, Aspel) to do periodic inspections of equipment. I had also repaired mechanical faults which were achievable to do at the facility for devices such as centrifuge, autoclave or operating table. There was also ISO 9001 implementation, that was why I had to draw up procedures of supervision of medical equipment. Show less
