I have known and worked with Scott Yost for over 10 years. I have found him to be tremendously conscientious in his work. He takes a good deal of pride in preparing the financial statements of TCAD. His goal is not to have any journal entries at the end of each audit. I have also found Scott to have integrity to be without question. When determining expenses for compliance for with certain grants, Scott always errs on the side of caution. He evaluates the expenses before applying them to the grants involved. Overall, I recommend Scott and his work on many different levels. I have enjoyed working with him and hope to continue to do so. Geoff Fulton

Scott Yost is the perfect example of a "servant leader". His support of the Council staff is one of the primary reasons the agency remains successful. We all sleep better knowing Scott is in charge of operations!
