Working as part of a new and little understood team is hard. One of the biggest challenges of working with a multi-level organisation is to stay focused, avoid the red tape, and find support and success in the small stuff as well as the big stuff. With Toni, I felt like I had an ally and a friend. Sharing strategies, metrics, challenges, and successes. Even though we were 3 time zones apart she was a valued member of my team, and a go-to person for support and knowledge.
