I served as a general manager to two very successful vegan restaurants in the east village. I was responsible for: bar inventory, scheduling, payroll, reservations, keeping a certain kind of culture within the environment, providing information for large events, recording data for cost of goods in terms of food and beverage, leading employee meetings as well as weekly sales meetings, recording nightly reports, hiring and terminating staff when needed, and above all keeping every customer satisfied and happy when they are dining at either restaurant.
