Ran a home delivery/last mile operation consisting of 1 warehouse, 1 warehouse manager, 1 warehouse lead, 3 - 5 warehouse associates, 2 administrative staff, and 1 quality control manager. We were responsible for unloading all inbounds, staging for the next days deliveries, and then pulling all the out bounds everyday; basically a large cross dock. Piece count ranged anywhere from 150 - 1000 pieces per day, load count ranged from 6 -12 loads of inbounds per day. Was responsible for entire warehouse operation from start of the day to finish.

Ran a strip team on the shipping side of the business. Generally a team of five to seven associates. Our job was to process all the outbound deliveries heading out the next day. We processed any and all furniture for final delivery/load out. We striped all the protective packaging, put the order together piece by piece, and staged it for final delivery for shipment to the customer.
