Having worked with Asmita for over an year, I can confidently claim for her to be a prominent name in the industry leaders of tomorrow. She is smart, confident, well learned and has an excellent knack when it comes to managing her team and the tasks at hand. She comes up with new ideas and devices an implementation strategy for them WITH her teammates and makes sure to take into consideration what each individual is capable of and how to channelize their strength in an optimum way. Stakeholder management is one of her strongest forte - which was very much evident when we used to take up management of University wide events and placement drives, and I'm sure she'll be an irreplaceable asset to the firms she works for in future.
