• Collaborated with cross-functional partners to define district requirements and create a 30-year phased master plan for the Moffett Park district. • Worked closely with the city of Sunnyvale to gather requirements and entitle Google office, market office, and over 12,900 residential units in the district. • Led the development and implementation of a comprehensive master plan that balances the needs of the district and the city, while considering the future growth and development of the area. • Coordinated with city officials, community groups, and stakeholders to ensure the master plan aligns with local priorities and meets the needs of the district's residents and businesses. • Ensured all aspects of the master plan were in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, and worked to secure necessary approvals and permits. • Contributed to the success of the master plan by providing expertise and guidance on urban planning, community engagement, and project management. • Spearheaded a series of projects to relocate custom business units and building infrastructure out of leased buildings allowing Google to vacate a campus properly that delivered $2.5M in monthly cost savings for the REWS overall budget.
