Roger was a very agile leader in an organization that was going through a very challenging time. His role required strategic thought, strong leadership skills, flexibility, and enthusiasm to motivate the team. Roger was able to bring all of that to the table. He was a tireless advocate for the organization that he led and brought an enormous amount of energy and ideation to the role. He continued to push the organization to come up with fresh thinking and test new opportunities. His enthusiasm and effort was contagious and Roger was a breath of fresh air in the office!

      Shrewsbury Colleges Group was formed through the merger of Shrewsbury Sixth Form and Shrewsbury College of Art and Technology in 2016.
