Roger was a very agile leader in an organization that was going through a very challenging time. Shrewsbury Colleges Group was formed through the merger of Shrewsbury Sixth Form and Shrewsbury College of Art and Technology in 2016. The group has around 9000 students and 500 total staff providing educational and vocational training including apprentices and a broad range of Higher Education degrees courses. The college is rated “Good” by OFSTED from 2022 with Outstanding features.
