Dmitri Gorski has worked as Commissioning Planner on the Peregrino II WHP-C project from January 2020 to end of May 2022. In the period he has reported to undersigned. Dmitri was able to quickly come up to speed with the specific planning and project control terminology and reporting in the Peregrino II project. Dmitri has delivered his tasks on time and with high quality. He is proactive, has a high working capacity and technically strong, which has added great value to the organization as he is able to see both the big the picture, but also been able to go into details when needed and also challenged all disciplines. In the period he has used tools as Primavera (Planning tool), Power BI, ProCoSys in his daily work. With his positive mindset and good humor it has been a pleasure to work with him. I wish him all the best and give him the best recommendations for future employers.

Dmitri Gorski has held a position in Peregrino II as Commissioning Planner from Des2019-Mai2022. Dmitri's tasks have primarily been to plan and report commissioning activities towards the project milestones and ensure coordination between all plans in the project including construction, pre-fabrication, supplier participation, Life Cycle Information and Procurement plans. The thesis requires a good understanding of the oil and gas project implementation and the ability to go into details if needed. Dmitri has performed the task very well and also interacts well with his colleagues and shows great ability for problem solving alone or together with the Commissioning team. I will strongly recommend Dmitri

Nicoustic is a result of 20 years R&D on Guided Ultrasonic Waves at Fraunhofer IKTS, one of the largest research institutes in the world, and a challenge set forward by Equinor. We commercialize a unique novel technology for measurement of level in offshore oil and gas separators. It is accurate and non-intrusive (sensors are mounted on the outside of the separator). Our first prototype is ready for offshore trials in the end of 2022 after several years of testing in lab and pilot scale. My role this time is Technical Sales and Marketing. Since I have a very technical and hands-on background, my goal is to show our future clients why and how this technology will save vessel downtime and enable taking production optimization to a new level, thus delivering more value from current and new assets.

Responsible for technology at Heavelock Solutions, also taking a very active role in our Business Development and Sales activities. Our proprietary simulation software is used to manage surge & swab during drilling and completion (both in well planning phase and in real time). We have developed capability to make very accurate surge & swab predictions, employing an advanced hydraulic model that takes into consideration the elastic properties of the drill string, friction in the well, phenomena such as stick-slip and non-Newtonian properties of the drilling mud. Simulations have been verified using field data together with Equinor and the results are published by SPE. Currently we offer our simulations as consultant service, but we are working on development of plug-ins to software suits used by the drilling industry for well planning and operational follow-up. We are also developing hardware for mitigation of surge & swab on drill pipe connections. The HeaveLock valve will enable staying within the tight pressure window while drilling from semi-subs in harsh weather when the drill string is in slips and topside heave-compensation is disabled. This will lead to a boost in IOR due to ability to drill previously "un-drillable" wells, less NPT in drilling operations as well as safer drilling.

The company provides patented equipment (DDS) for removal of sand/solids from the oil and gas stream. Operations on both producing wells (flowback, frac flowback and normal production) and during well interventions (CT, RAS etc.). Dynamic Desander System is the only system able to remove up to 100% solids from the well stream without any pressure drop and independently of the flow variations. This is achieved through clever design, where an impeller is enhancing cyclonic centrifugation, de-coupling the separation effect from unwanted characteristics of conventional old-style passive cyclones. My role with the company was to support our offshore operations (doing site surveys and engineering related to platform interface). I was project manager for several solids management projects in South East Asia (Indonesia and Malaysia), where I also did site survey, did platform interface engineering and was site supervisor offshore.

Seconded to the project department in Statoil (PRO) as responsible for completion & commissioning within the Heimdal Extended Life Projects (HELP), leading a team of some 30-40 completion & commissioning contractor engineers offshore and onshore. The portfolio, worth in excess of 4 billion NOK, included floatel Bridge Landing (Aker Solutions), Modular Drilling Rig (Archer Well), 15-20 smaller modification projects (Reinertsen MOD), upgrade of the control system (ABB EPCI), new produced water treatment plant (Reinertsen EPCI) and modification of the process plant to accept gas from the Valemon platform (Reinertsen EPCI). My responsibilities included a wide range of activities from creating the commissioning package structure to quality assuarance of commissioning procedures and follow-up of completion & commissioining status for all projects within the portfolio. I was on 14/14 offshore rotation on Heimdal for the most of 2014, including the turnaround in May. I had the responsibility for all completion & commissioning activities on the platform and served as an interface between contractor teams and platforms operation staff. It did happen more than once that I also got my hands dirty doing hands-on work such as leak testing and other discipline-related activities. Later on I was responsible for interface coordination and integration testing of the new Modular Drilling Rig (MDR) from Archer Well. It was installed on Heimdal for PP&A operations. http://sysla.no/2014/08/11/oljeenergi/denne-plattformen-skulle-vaert-ferdig-i-ar-far-leve-i-20-ar-til_22645/
