These were used as the database tools for analyzing projects at management’s request or stakeholder’s request in a timely manner. - Developed capital project performance review template / report to assist managers to efficiently evaluate all the projects’ performances with regard to budget vs actual and planned operation dates vs actual operation dates. - Spearheaded the budget set-up process and calculation templates for $200MM measurement projects to efficiently build their annual capital budget while reducing the amount of time for calculating by 60%. - Led the capital budget process for $900MM in compression projects and reduced the variance from 35% to 15%. - Developed the calculation template for operating expense budgeting and forecasting, which reduced the calculation errors by 95%. - Developed reports to show cost and labour hours charged to capital projects or teams. This gave the leadership team information on timesheet entry activities and labour spent on capital projects. - Established the major project group’s workforce plan data collection process and created the analysis and reports for the major projects’ VP resource management steering committee. These were the first in-depth reports presented to the meeting in the organization. - Developed the process and standard rules to collect the efforts of 10 disciplines for capital projects by project type and project phase.
