Leading a Product Manager we successfully refactor our cart and checkout solutions implemented in both desktop and mobile versions of Cobasi Website, using headless + microservices architecture. Reaching +20% of conversion rate after the release of new version. Also, I was responsible for leading the evolution and maintenance of web applications designated for back-office in our physical stores (150 at the time), responsible for processing around 15.000 orders on a daily basis.Regarding new solutions, I had two experiences, one of them, leading the conception of web applications designed to assist and support treasury in the refund process, including API integrations with both third party APIs and legacy systems. The second experience was related to the implementation of a new business line, for assisted sales through WhatsApp, using WhatsApp Business API solution, provided by Facebook.Inc.

Acting as a Product Manager, currently, I lead two different squads in order to continuously conceive, develop and measure the value created for two different products such as Cobasi e-commerce checkout (both mobile and desktop versions) and Customer Service solutions. I also help to conceive internal applications (mostly integrations services) to work along with Cobasi legacy system such as ERP and WMS systems (for logistics teams).Working along with a developer team with multiple expertises, I feel really comfortable working with a data analysis approach (mostly using SQL Server queries, although I'm a Python enthusiast) and RESTfull API's.
