I am writing to recommend Ms. Linda Torres for any position she applies. I worked under her management as a Records Clerk while she was at Job Corps and during that time we worked closely. We first met when she work in Student Records for SIA Tech our on site high school program. She provided exceptional services to not just students but those that seek her help. During her tenure here at Student Records department, she diligently, and efficiently maintained and audited the Active and Separated files. She worked great with both Staff, Students and provided high level of customer service and stritcly safeguarding of PII(Personal Identifiable Information). Ms. Torres is a fast-learner and self-motivated to give her all. She works well under pressure and is able to prioritize based on the needs of the department. She brought in many new ideas and always wanting to ease the department workload. Best to work smarter not harder. She was not only my Manager but a mentor, and help pushed me to better myself. I built the confidence and started applying for other jobs. Under her leadership, I held a position with the USPS and Law Firm. I cannot thank her enough. I am confident and convinced that Ms. Linda Torres will be a great an asset to any company as she has been to ours. Feel free to contact me for any additional information. Sincerely, Sao Chan T. Kry
