He started as a full lifecycle recruiter with OBXTek and saw a progression of career moves that landed him with companies like Chenega SSBU, System High, BayFirst Solutions, Stillwater Human Capital, Volant an Octo Company, and VariQ. During his recruiting career Roger recruited cleared and non-cleared positions at the workforce, management, and executive levels for agencies such as the CIA-VA, CIA-MD, CPB, DARPA, DHS, DIA, DISA, DoD, FBI, FPS, IRS, Navy, NGA, NRO, TSA, USCG, and WHMO.
