November 2011, Erwin came as trainee for six month working for the Department of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment of the Royal Netherlands Airfoce Airbase Woensdrecht. He was assigned to develop an integrated "Safety Management System Manual containing context of the Defence Safety Management System (VMSDef) as well as Military Aviation Authority Regulations. With great passion, creativity and a determined attitude the manual was completed satisfactorily in time. Good cooperation with several subject matter experts, excellent communication and great analytic skills helped this passionate man to achieving his objectives. The Management Team of the Airbase Woensdrecht is very pleased with his performance.
