Annina was part of a project team while studying in the Strategy and Experience Design (SED) track in the Information Technology Program (ITP) at Aalto University School of Business during the summer period of 2015. Annina is a visionary with interesting and innovative ideas. She is not afraid of accepting challenges and does a good job in motivating other team members. Annina always has a few projects going on and is extremely hardworking. She is a supportive team member and easily adapts to any situation. Annina has learned valuable skills in project management, research, design concepts, digital strategy, service design and user experience design. I have no doubt Annina will succeed in any organization and I can strongly recommend her for employment in various job roles including aspects of business consultancy, service design, digital media and research. She is a valuable asset to any organization or project. It has been a pleasure to work with her and with anticipation will follow her work.

Annina has a skill for recognizing the right associates for your business without compromising company values and creating genuine win-win situations for all the parties. I can warmly recommend working with her.

I have enjoyed working as an independent consultant starting from 2013. My clients have varied from urban festivals like Streat Helsinki festival and Tuomaan Markkinat to non-profit organizations. I started with event planning, production and project coordination cases. Later on I have focused on sponsorship strategies and fundraising. In the most recent client projects I have built, co-created and implemented sponsorships strategies. In 2013 based Kaskas Media is the first agency specialized in science communications and outreach in the Nordics. My responsibilities varied from business development, sales and marketing to developing internal processes, CRM and working in the client projects. I was the project lead of Skolar Award in 2016–2017, a yearly science competition produced by Kaskas Media in collaboration with Slush and several Finnish foundations, where the prize was a research fund of 100K euros. I co-conceptualized the competition in 2016 and was responsible for the fundraising & partner relations and co-managed a team of 2–5 people. Skolar Award 2017 was reviewed in Science and Times Higher Education (links below).I was also the project lead of the Skolar Award X Techcode, a satellite version of Skolar Award built to Chinese markets in 2017, together with Techcode Global. In 2017 I worked in the team behind the #vaihtoehtoeskolle campaign. This campaign encouraged the Finnish public to name their favorite scientists in social media in order to have more recognition to a wider spectrum of great Finnish researchers. I was responsible of campaign's partners and funding. Show less

I had the chance to do my internship for Vapa Media, a Finnish content marketing pioneer. I produced Vapa Media’s own blog creating content and curating it from the professionals of the company. I also took care of Vapa Medias social media presence. My favorite task at Vapa Media was to work with trendspotting reports based on network analysis. I had the chance to do my internship for Vapa Media, a Finnish content marketing pioneer. I worked at a Finnish Fashion brand, KAKSITVÅ during my studies. My areas of responsibility were sales, taking care of associates & sponsors and consulting marketing. KAKSITVÅ was a small, cutting edge brand and its’ marketing palette was a combination of guerrilla marketing, events and digital marketing. A fashion show built inside of a meatpacking hall with 400 guests, live performances, drinks and food was a good example of KAKSITVÅ’s way of building its’ brand.
