Social Work Placement - Aged Care Services

- Organised an ethical, inclusive and culturally responsive event, attended by 120 guests, a 170% of our target 70 guests, which brought all clients from different aged care services groups, clients from other MRC TAS services, as well as external service providers, members of the government and members of the public together for the first time, with lunch prepared by clients who were delighted to showcase their cuisine, along with various performances. - Taking on individual client work, enabling me to build a practice framework that aligns with my personal values and those of Social Work.
