Shoutout to Rachel for her outstanding work as the Customer Experience Associate director at Cialfo. I had the pleasure of working with her and was constantly impressed by her extensive knowledge of our product, upbeat attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to roll with the punches (we had a few curveballs!). Rachel's insights and recommendations resulted in significant improvements in our CX operations, and her infectious enthusiasm made her a pleasure to work with. She's one of those rare professionals who is both approachable and highly professional. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Rachel for her exceptional skills. She's an outstanding talent who would excel in any role where her expertise and positive attitude can shine.

Rachel was my team's best performer and consistently achieved or exceeded sales targets. She is someone I could trust to understand complex projects and execute them well. As a Sales Individual Contributor in a growth startup entering new markets, she had to find creative means to achieve target. Many times the work required fell outside her responsibilities, but she always successfully found the resources and galvanised the right help to get the job done. Rachel is also a lovely person to work with, excellent at collaboration and who always brings positive energy and laughs to the team. On her own initiative, she created many of the team's sales assets that continue to be used to this day. She would be a boon to any team and is sure to elevate the performance and spirits of those around her.
