Co-Founder of the junior enterprise of Mechanical Engineering and Production linked to the Department of Mechanical Engineering at UFPE This was, by far, one of the most challeging moments of my life. With other colleagues, I started a company from the ground, with barely no resources, and, within less than a year we could se our dream become true. We had a lot of hard work to do, since selecting the right people to the project, fostering the culture of the junior enterprise moviment to other students and our professors from de Mechanical Engineering Department from preparing our first strategic planning, stablishing our first goals and metrics and developing our project portfolio. Today, EIXO Consulting have formed lots of great engineering professionals and, above all, entrepreneurs who desire to change our society for the best. In EIXO Consulting, more than developing solutions in mechanical engineering, we form better professionals, and also better citizens, committed and capable of changing our country. We keep impacting the lives of our partners and clients, but also our colleague who believe in the same ideas of changing the world through entrepreneuship by getting our thoughts out of the paper and making them to happen.
