Ian contributed to our team not only in a technical role but also personally. He is outgoing, communicates well, and extremely hard working. He supported our users after hours and I always knew that they would be well cared for. As importantly as being very good at his job, he was willing to seek help when there were issues he couldn't resolve. He used these opportunities to learn but most important to Ian was to solve the problem effectively and efficiently.

Ian is one of the hardest working individuals I'd had the pleasure of working with over the course of my career. He went above and beyond his normal responsibilities multiple times where his involvement was critical to the customers success. Ian cares deeply about his colleagues and had a positive impact on the culture of our organization.
