  Forge is a leading experiential graphic design firm focusing on wayfinding, exhibit, retail, and interactive installations. Beginning as a Project Manager and designer, my position has evolved considerably over time. Currently, leading a team of five designers, my responsibilities include lead client communicator, charged with establishing proposals, budgets, timelines and expectations for experiential design projects for major hospitality and infrastructure clients across North America. Projects focus on a combination of physical and digital implementations, crossing over several design disciplines to create memorable placemaking opportunities. I direct and manage resources including balancing budgets, conducting performance reviews, and providing design feedback, motivation and more. My direct duties may vary from project to project, but the essence of my role is to be the expert hand both internally and externally.
